MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN E. RYAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

A preliminary issue requiring resolution at the hearing on confirmation involved the determination of the market rate of interest that debtor is required to pay on the “forced” loans in debtor’s plan of arrangement in order to satisfy the requirements of § 1129(b)(2)(A)(i)(II) of the Bankruptcy Code.
