| lAppellant, the State of Louisiana, appeals the trial court’s grant of Defendant-Appellee’s motion to quash the bill of information. For the reasons that follow, we reverse and remand.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
On August 19, 2005, the State charged defendant by Bill of Information with possession with one count of intent to distribute cocaine, a violation of La. R.S. 40:967(B).
