Supreme Judicial Court of Maine
1Opinion of the CourtAlexander, J.

Cassidy following a jury-waived trial on Donald and Lorraine’s complaint for an implied trust. 1 Wendy argues that there is insufficient evidence in the record to support the court’s judgment, and that the court erred in entering a judgment in favor of Steven J. Cassidy on her cross-claim against him for contribution and/or indemnification. We affirm the judgment.
