The accused was tried by a general court-martial upon twenty-two specifications underlying a charge of violating Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. The specifications alleged in the first thirteen instances that he wrongfully in*73duced other named persons to use marihuana, heroin, and opium; in the next eight instances, that he had illegally sold narcotics to certain named persons; and, finally, that he knowingly used habit-forming drugs.
