This appeal involves the procedural question of whether the appellants’ cause of action against appellee for attorney negligence was barred by the three-year statute of limitations. The trial court granted attorney Lindsey Fairley’s motion for summary judgment on the basis that the appellants’ cause of action was barred by the statute of limitations.
