(Middlesex Mutual), filed a complaint seeking a declaratory judgment regarding its obligation to defend and indemnify the defendant, Samuel Rand, in a separate civil action arising out of the defendant's alleged sexual abuse of a minor child. For the reasons stated herein, the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is granted.
