Several motions remain pending in this action. All but one are resolved by this entry. First, the court grants defendant General Motors’ motion to bar plaintiffs’ belated damages disclosures and for sanctions (Dkt. No. 510). Second, the court denies General Motors’ motion for summary judgment on loss of enjoyment damages (Dkt. No. 512), although plaintiffs will not be able to rely on the evidence and theories they first disclosed in the late disclosures.
