MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GETTLEMAN, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Joseph J. Cecala and Valerie A. Cecala have filed a one-count complaint for damages against defendants Edward F. Moore and Maureen M. Moore, claiming a violation of the Illinois Residential Real Property Disclosure Act (“Disclosure Act”), 765 Ill. Comp. Stat. 77/1-99. This suit, originally filed in Cook County Circuit Court, was removed to this court upon petition of defendants pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441.
