Production Steel, Inc,, as debtor-in-possession, has brought a preference action in bankruptcy court against Bethlehem Steel Corporation (“Bethlehem”) seeking to recover $620,056.79 allegedly paid to Bethlehem during the ninety days prior to the filing of the Chapter 11 petition by Production Steel.
