This is an appeal from the Bankruptcy Court’s Final Judgment entered on February 3, 1992. The debtor’s secured creditor, MNC Commercial Corp. (“MNC”), filed timely notice of appeal from this final judgment; this appeal was docketed as Civil Action No. 92-1405.
