This appeal was taken by the plaintiff-appellant, City of Weippe for the use and benefit of Les Schwab Tire Centers of Idaho, Inc., from a summary judgment granted by the district court in favor of the defendant-respondent, United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, a bonding company retained by the principal contractor, and Yarno and Associates, dismissing a contract claim in the amount of $1,494.57.
