I. INTRODUCTION

The matter comes before the Court on Defendant Atlantic Van Lines, Inc.’s (hereinafter, “Defendant”) motion to dismiss Plaintiffs Amended Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6).
