This matter has been opened before the Court upon the parties’ application for an in limine ruling on the choice of law and the legal standards to be applied at trial to determine the solvency of the debtor, defendant W.R. Grace & Co. in this fraudulent conveyance adversary proceeding. 1 The Court has reviewed the submissions and heard the oral arguments of counsel.
