Plaintiff Ahmed Zubair (“Zubair”) brought this action against defendants En-Tech Engineering P.C. (“EnTech”) and Soudabey Bayat (“Bayat”) (together, “Defendants”) for violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (“FLSA”) and New York State Labor Law (“NYSLL”) for failing to pay him for certain overtime hours worked while employed with EnTech as a chief inspector.
