MEMORANDUM OPINION

The matter before this court is a motion by Charles V. Henry (“Debtor”) to enforce the automatic stay against a wage attachment order issued by the Domestic Relations Section of the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania (“DRS”) for unpaid child support arrearag-es. The Debtor also seeks the return of post-petition garnished wages to the estate.
