MEMORANDUM OPINION

MARK B. McFEELEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter came before the Court for hearing on two related motions. The first, filed by Stewart, Haegler and Welter (the Stewart movants) seeks a determination that certain oil and gas leases are exec-utory contracts that the trustee and debtor have assumed, and urges the Court to require the trustee to cure prepetition defaults in royalty payments.
