MEMORANDUM

BARTLE, District Judge.

Plaintiff, James Curry, has brought this federal civil rights action, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, 1 against the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (“Commission”), and individual members of the Commission. 2 Plaintiff was employed by the Commission as a fare collector. Sometime in early April, 1992, he was terminated for misappropriating funds.
