Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Chemung County (Hayden, J), rendered October 17, 2006, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of aggravated murder, murder in the first degree, murder in the second degree, *1226robbery in the first degree (two counts), robbery in the third degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts).
