This is an action to establish title to an undivided interest in real estate, to require defendant Bud Helm, who holds legal title thereto, to reconvey same to plaintiff, and in default of such reconveyance to have said conveyance canceled of record, and to quiet title of plaintiff to said interest against the claims of said Bud Helm and against the claim, if any, of defendant Faye Helm, wife of said Bud Helm.
