This action was brought by Jessie M. Schroeder against Dayton-Hudson Corporation alleging jurisdiction on the basis of certain federal statutory rights as well as diversity of citizenship. The plaintiff is a Michigan citizen, while the defendant is a foreign corporation with its principal place of business in a state other than Michigan which does business in Michigan under the name J.
