All errors properly saved and assigned in a statement of the case, not used on motion for a new trial, may be reviewed upon appeal from the judgment although it be taken more than sixty days after the rendition of such judgment. 5. It is not error to permit a witness to testify as to his financial interest in the result of the suit. Such evidence goes to the credibility of the witness. 6.
