[EDITOR'S NOTE: This case is unpublished as indicated by the issuing court.] MEMORANDUM FILED MARCH 26, 1997 Joseph Rindos executed a document which is claimed to be his will. He died on October 6, 1995 and Herman Solomon was named as executor. Mr. Solomon filed a Motion for Admission of the will to probate. On November 16, 1995, the Probate Court made orders and decrees to the effect that the will of the decedent was admitted to Probate as his last will and testament and Herman Solomon was appointed as executor.
