FLANIGAN, Chief Judge.

On October 11, 1984, plaintiffs Emily Ruth Payne, a minor, and Darcas Payne, filed this action against defendant Franklin Delp, seeking a declaration that defendant is the father of Emily. Darcas is Emily’s mother. The petition also sought an order requiring defendant to pay a reasonable sum to -Darcas for the support of Emily and an order requiring defendant to pay Darcas $2,685 for “the birth and maintenance” of Emily and $200 for the “prenatal care” of Emily.
