Johnson, Judge.

A jury found Markus English guilty of possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, and possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a housing project. The jury found him not guilty of possessing more than one ounce of marijuana.
