Darin & Armstrong, Inc., [Darin] appeals the entry of an order denying its motion to vacate an arbitration award. Finding no error in the trial court’s decision, we affirm.
Darin hired Monte Costella, Inc., [Costel-la] to perform masonry work as part of the renovation of Miami Heart Institute. The contract between the parties provided that in the event of a dispute the parties would submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules.
