This matter came before the court on July 22 and August 1, 2011 for an evidentiary hearing on Plaintiff Deanna L. Jones’s Motion for a Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 2). Plaintiff alleges Defendant National Conference of Bar Examiners is violating the Americans With Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12181, et seq.
