Tbis action was begun in tbe Superior Court of Johnston County on 16 December, 1929, to restrain a sale of tbe lands described in tbe complaint by tbe defendant Ezra Parker, trustee, under tbe power of sale contained in a deed of trust executed by tbe plaintiffs and tbe defendants Monroe McLamb and bis wife to tbe said trustee to secure tbe payment of notes described in said deed of trust, which are payable to tbe defendant Citizens Bank and Trust Company.
