This is an action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) of the Social Security *1364Act, wherein plaintiff seeks judicial review of the decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying her application, filed on August 8, 1968, for disability insurance benefits under 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i) and 423. Both parties have moved for summary judgment, have waived oral argument and have submitted memoranda in support of their motions.
