MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

SCOTT O. WRIGHT, District Judge.

This is a proceeding under Title II of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq. Section 405(g) provides for judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

On December 19, 1978, plaintiff filed his application to establish a period of disability, as provided in Section 416(i), and to obtain disability insurance benefits, as provided in Section 423. 1 The application re ceived consideration and reconsideration by the Social Security Administration, and the claim was denied.
