—In an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Benson, J.), dated November 30, 1984, which, upon reargument, granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
Order reversed, with costs, and defendant’s motions for reargument and summary judgment denied.
