C. Elmer Coulter recovered a judgment against American Employers’ Insurance Company, a corporation, for $1,250 and the record is before this court for review upon an appeal by the defendant.

There is no dispute as to the facts. Appellant issued to appellee for a consideration of $75.15 its standard automobile combination policy effective February 8, 1945. This policy expired February 8,1946, and by its provisions appellant agreed to pay on behalf of the insured, all sums which the insured should become obligated to pay by reason of the liability imposed on him by law for damages because of…
