ORDER
DONALD, District Judge.
Before the Court is the issue of whether Adam Barnett’s (“Plaintiff’ or “Adam”) claims under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq., are moot. The discrete issue of mootness is on remand from the Sixth Circuit. Barnett v. Memphis City Schools, 50 Fed.Appx. 219, 220 (6th Cir.2002). Memphis City School System (“Memphis School System” or “Defendant”) argues that Adam’s claims are moot because he obtained a special education diploma and has no viable prayers for relief against Memphis School System.
