OPINION AND ORDER
LAFFITTE, Chief Judge.
Before the Court are cross motions for summary judgment to vacate and enforce a labor arbitration award pursuant to section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act. 1 Plaintiff Federación Central de Trabajadores (“the Union”) is a union that represents the workers of Defendant Va-quería Tres Monjitas, Inc. (“VTM”). VTM is a distributor of dairy products in Puerto Rico. The Union originally brought this action in Puerto Rico Superior Court to vacate an arbitrator’s award. VTM removed this controversy to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441.
