Peter P.C. Pisnanont, M.D. (Petitioner) petitions for review of a decision of the State Board of Medicine (Board) affirming an order of a hearing examiner that imposed a six-month suspension of Petitioner’s license to practice medicine and modifying the order by adding a requirement that, at the end of the period of suspension, Petitioner should provide to the Board a report by a psychiatrist approved by the Board who has conducted a mental/physical examination of Petitioner, indicating that he is currently competent to resume the practice of medicine.
