This action is an appeal brought pursuant to General Statutes § 12-119 1 by fourteen plaintiffs, including the named plaintiff, Hotshoe Enterprises, LLC, owners of condominium hangar units located at Brainard Airport (airport) in the defendant city of Hartford (city), challenging the imposition of property taxes on the plaintiffs’ unit ownership in the leasehold condominium units for the grand list of October 1, 2004.
