Plaintiff, Bankers Capital Corporation (“Bankers”) sued for breach of contract. The trial court granted Bankers’ motion for summary judgment, and defendant Winkle-man appeals. We affirm.

In 1976, Brummet and wife, McClanahan and wife, and Rikard were engaged in a jewelry business under the partnership name RiShell Marketing Enterprises (“Ri-Shell”). It found itself in financial difficulty and approached Bankers, a small business investment company, for a loan.
