*838This case concerns the interpretation of an insurance contract. Plaintiffs Balfour Beatty Construction, LLC ("Balfour Beatty") and Milestone Metals, Inc. ("Milestone") sued Defendant Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company ("Liberty Mutual") in Texas state court, and Liberty Mutual removed the case to this Court on the basis of diversity of citizenship.
