This is an interpleader action. Plaintiff, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, has deposited in court the sum of $5,000. This represents the amount payable under a group policy upon the life of one Hosea Daniel, an employee of General Motors Corporation, who died on May 16, 1957. Plaintiff insurance company admits liability on the policy and asks that this Court resolve the conflicting claims to said proceeds, made by Ada E. Daniel, wife of deceased, Rosa Young, sister of the deceased, and Sharon Mollison, grand-niece of the deceased, who, if she is the beneficiary…
