| Appellant Theodore A. Anderson appeals the dismissal of his petition for writ of habeas corpus challenging a 2007 judgment reflecting his criminal convictions in the Saline County Circuit Court on charges of rape, residential burglary, and third-'degrée domestic battery. We affirm the Lincoln County Circuit Court’s order finding that Anderson failed to demonstrate probable cause sufficient for the writ to issue. 1
