¶ Tami L. Kraft appeals the circuit court's grant of summary judgments to Michael W. Steinhafel, Smith, Gunderson & Rowen, S.C. ("SGR"), and the Schroeder Group, S.C., as well as the court's denial of her motion for reconsideration. Kraft contends the court erred in concluding she was required to present expert testimony in order to prove Steinhafel committed legal malpractice in his representation of her. We agree with Kraft that as to the specific allegations of malpractice she continues to assert on appeal, no expert testimony is required. We reverse and remand for further…
