Plaintiffs, as members of a planting partnership, brought this suit making certain demands against defendant, their copartner, who filed an exception of “no cause of action,” based upon the ground that, with respect to the matters complained of, plaintiffs are entitled to no relief save on a demand for a full settlement of the partnership.
