MILLER, Chief Justice.

Donald Dean Latham appeals his judgment of conviction for aggravated assault. We affirm.

FACTS

On January 15, 1992, Latham and his roommate Dennis Walker had an argument over a mess Walker created in their apart*70ment. Walker admitted at trial that he had been drinking that evening.
