The only question here for decision is whether the plaintiff, or on the contrary the' ’defendant, shall'have the custody of their son David, now about 11 years old, the sole issue of their, marriage, during certain periods of time each year.
These parties were divorced in the circuit court for Houghtqn county in September,, 1947. The decree — which was contested — provided that the plaintiff
“shall have the exclusive care, custody, control and education of David Arthur Seaman, subject to the right of visitation on the part of said defendant, until such child-shall arrive at the age of 6 years…
