Before the court is the final application for allowance of compensation and reimbursement of expenses (“fee application”) of Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP (“D & L”), special counsel to the Debtor (Doc. 1865), and the objection thereto of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (“the Committee”) (Doc. 1923).
