This is an action to recover for the alleged breach of an employment contract. It is now before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment on the grounds that plaintiff seeks recovery for the alleged breach of an oral employment contract where the defendant purportedly agreed to hire the plaintiff for a period of 18 months.
