Defendant assigns error in tbe trial below upon three grounds:

1. Tbe admission of evidence as to dying declarations of deceased.

2. Tbe admission of evidence of a threat two years prior to tbe homicide.

3. Portions of tbe charge with respect to burden on defendant when an intentional killing is admitted or established.

Careful consideration of tbe record on this appeal fails to disclose prejudicial error in any of these respects.
