Quinn, Chief Judge:

The accused was arraigned before a general court-martial on four specifications alleging violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. He pleaded not guilty, but was found guilty as charged and sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for twelve months, and accessory penalties. On this appeal, he *622challenges the validity of the several findings of guilty upon different grounds.
