NORVELL, Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree perpetually enjoining Roy Durian, a judgment creditor of Bessie F. Curl, and Elmer E. Vickers, Sheriff of Hidalgo County, Texas, from levying upon or selling the community property of J. E. Curl and Bessie F. Curl, husband and wife. There is little dispute in the evidence and, upon request, findings of fact and conclusions • of law were filed by the trial judge.
