Commonwealth v. Kenner

¶ 1 This is an appeal by the Commonwealth from the August 23, 2000, judgment of sentence entered after the Appellee, Helen Denise Kenner (Kenner) pled guilty to one count of aggravated assault. An order denying the Commonwealth’s motion for reconsideration of sentence was entered September 27, 2000 that finalized the judgment of sentence at issue. See Com monwealth v.
