Appellants, current and former officers of Local 493, International Brotherhood of Teamsters (the “IBT”) and the former attorney for Local 493, appeal from a decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, David N. Edelstein, Judge, to enforce the terms of an agreement settling a civil contempt action brought by the United States of America (the “Government”).
